s � RES�HEDULED ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MARCH 17, 1977 Page 6 Henry PQuhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, SUBDIVISION stated that it was suggested to 'the Victoria 500 North Arm Drive � Grain Company to submit another revised plan #200 • indicating all proposed changes and requests. Victoria Grain Company Revised plan would be referred back to the Planning Commission for recommendation. Revised plan should indicate all utility and drainage � easements. � Planning Commission Meeting - February 22, 1977 � Tabled. No revised plans or representative. Staff - March 2, 1977 Enclosed for your review are copies of the latest letters I received from the developer' s attorney along with the conservation easement descriptions. � I am also enclosing copies of the perc test reports and latest revised site plan (revised plan #II) which includes dock facilities for the properties. Please note the proposed dredging and location of depositing the spoils from this dredging. I believe the proposal conflicts with our wetlands ordinance unless we approve a variance. We must keep in mind that any consideration of approval of this project would also require a variance �rom our current moratorium on wetlands and dredging proposals. The applicant has not, however, submitted any * plans for projected septic systems for the individual lots. When and if, I recieve these, ' I will forward them to our engineer for review • and report. � Planning Commission Meeting - March 7, 1977 The following were present: Robert Cargill and Richard Doherty, owners of Victoria Grain Company; � Steve Wilensky and Mr. Brauer, Brauer & Associates; John Lambin, Developer; and John Hacking, attorriey. � The zoning Administrator presented the third set S of plans (seconded revised set) . The newly revised proposal includes a multiple dock and � wallcway over the marsh to the channel. Mr. Wilensky brought forth a three dimensional � topographical model. Mr. Hacking explained to the Commission that the C�ty would be given a conservation easement over �11 outlots with the following conditions: (Continued)
