Funds to purchase <br /> _ the machine will be generated from the Capital <br /> Equipment Outlay Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund and <br /> _ ''IR Fund. The Street Department will budget a <br /> ay back each year for five years including 5$ � <br /> interest to these funds from which the monies <br /> � were originally generated.
