The schools and commercial <br /> units convert to a number of $18a16 units based on <br /> � the average use charges over the last four quarters. <br /> ` This amounts to an additional 171 units. <br /> � The Navarre service area is charged at $15.16 per <br /> unit per quarter. The Chevy Chase and Long Lake <br /> � service areas are charged at $18.16 per unit per <br /> quarter. <br /> • <br /> The reason for the different unit charges is that <br /> • in the past, the area of Orono referred to as <br /> � Long Lake was serviced by that community and those <br /> �ers were charged 1� times the rate charged to <br /> e residenti� of Long Lake. The City of Orono <br /> c��as billed by Long Lake and Orono in turn billed <br /> � its residents.
