The holding tank and <br /> �ucking alternative is probably not feasible <br /> cause the MPCA experience has been that it <br /> •is generally not cost effective. <br /> T•Zayor Van Nest requested Mr. Frank to continue <br /> iwith the Stubbs Bay Study directing attention <br /> +to correcting existing on-site disposal systems. <br />
