Oien°s request for a subdivision and conditional <br /> use permit at �980 Casco Point Road, stated that <br /> • the City At�orney had advised concerning the <br /> • road and right-of-way siutation and stated that <br /> the City can only deduct the street area presently <br /> � used by the City in the consideration of the total <br /> �uildable area at the site.
