Access <br /> � is good both on Old Crystal Bay Road and F]atertown <br /> Road but the property is located on residential <br /> � property next to other residential property, <br /> • �o Gagne property is located in the northeast <br /> � corner of Highway #12 and Old Crystal Bay Road and <br /> runs east about one-half mile. It is currently <br /> � zoned industrial, however, the access would be <br /> across Highway #12 which would be undesirable. <br /> � Otherwise, it would be excellente <br /> � 5o The Robb property consists of 15 acres of <br /> flat, level, solid land located in the southwest <br /> � corner of Highway #12 and Old Crystal Bay Roado <br /> � The site has ideal access from Highway #12 and Old <br /> Crystal Bay Road and is located south of Highway #12 <br /> � to eliminate frequent crossings of the highway, <br /> The land is currently zonec� residential and is <br /> � situated adjacent to industrial zoning. The site <br /> would require no preparation and could be used <br /> • as iso Recommended highly. <br /> � The Planning Commission does consider the Robb <br /> � property as being best suited to accommodate the <br /> Public Works Department. Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, PROPOSED SHORELINE <br /> � reported to the City Council that the Planning GUIDELINES <br /> Commission was in full concurrance that all of Lake <br /> � P�iinnetanka, including Forest Lake, should be <br /> classified as a recreational area as proposed by <br /> � the City Council to the Department of Natural Resources <br /> in reference to these proposed shoreline guidelines. <br /> • <br /> � TnIr, Henry AZuhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, NORTH SHORE �1ARINA <br /> discussed the status of the Pdorth Shore PZarina Building Permit <br /> • building permit application, license ana the survey <br /> ar�d report by consulting Engineers Diversified, <br /> � It was noted that elevation 929.4' was established <br /> �as an elevation reference point to establish water <br /> level and shorelines. The resolution declaring <br /> � conditions for the North Shore P�iarina operation <br /> shall contain this data. <br /> • <br /> � <br />
