Bolton & Menk will <br />administer the bidding process and will ultimately make recommendations to the City Council for <br />awarding the project to the lowest responsible bidder. <br />Fee Estimate — Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a total not -to -exceed fee of <br />$139,000 to be billed on an hourly basis. <br />Once the Construction Contract is awarded, Bolton & Menk will prepare a separate scope and fee <br />estimate for construction phase services.
