Insulation and Paper <br /> Sidewall insulation to be R-19 thickness, 6" friction fit batts and top floor ceilin�insulation to be R- <br /> 44 thickness blown fiberglass insulation. Insulation to be applied strictly in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers specifications. The building must meet minimum requirements per the Minnesota State <br /> Building Code. Building paper under roof shingles to be 15 pound rating. Building paper over sheathing <br /> to be 15 pound rating lapped 2 inches. <br /> Vapor Barriers <br /> Type of vapor barrier system used sha11 be .004 mil. Poly for the wa11s and must be a maximum of <br /> one perm. <br /> Louvers <br /> Builder sha11 install louvers where necessary and install baffles to direct air away from the insulation <br /> as required by the Minnesota State Building Code. Roof areas to be vented a minimum of 1/250 in all <br /> heated areas and 'h vented at roof louvers and '/Z vented at soffit panels. <br /> Exterior Trim Work <br /> Material required for the outside trim finish sha11 be Redwood Finger Jointed materials <br /> including facia with Pine/Fir sot�'it material. <br /> Window Units <br /> All window units as shown on the plan must be constructed of sound, clear pine material and be <br /> free from objectionable defects. Window type is Vinyl Clad Casement as shown on plan. Window <br /> manufacturer is Andersen Windows with a thermopane of Low E Glass where indicated on building plan. <br /> All windows to be enclosed in heated spaces must meet air infiltration requirements of the Minnesota State <br /> Building Code per ASHRAE 90-75, Section 4.5.3.1. <br /> Storm Screens and Sash <br /> Screens sha11 be provided for all operable window units <br /> 5 <br />
