Doors <br /> Inside doors sha11 be 1 3/8 inch thick as follows: Painted doors to sig-panel profle, solid-core <br /> Masonite composite door, and all stained doors to be sig-panel profile Cherry Wood doors. Patio <br /> doors or hinged patio doors to be manufactured by Andersen Windows as numbered or specified on the <br /> plan. <br /> • Front Door to be: Anderson FWH60611. <br /> The remaining outside doors shall be 1 '/ inch thick steel insulated door. Builder to provide <br /> scuttle door to attic and a plumbing access door where necessary. Fire doors applied where necessary and <br /> shall be metal with automatic closures. All exterior doors to heated spaces must meet air infiltration <br /> requirements of the Minnesota State Building Code per ASHRAE 90-75, sections 4.5.3.2. and 4.5.3.3. <br /> Jambs and Casing <br /> All inside wood jambs to be 3/4 inch Cherry Wood Veneer. Entire house to be Cherry F130 Style <br /> Casing with sill and apron at windows. <br /> Weather Stripping <br /> Weather stripping shall be furnished with window and door units, as per manufacturer. <br /> Stairwork <br /> Main Stair profile to be Custom Cherry Wood Newel Posts with Sheraton Style Railing and <br /> Balusters in Paint Grade material, includes Cherry wood treads and risers. Secondary Stair Profile <br /> to be Sheraton Style Railing and Balusters,where shown. Including Cherry wood treads and risers. <br /> Treads to be no less than 9 inches and risers to be no greater than 8 inches. Stairs leading from lower level <br /> to main level shall be as shown on plan and with risers, treads, handrails and balusters of Colonial Style. <br /> Three stair horses shall be provided for each stair and sha11 be made from 2 x 10 lumber. Maximum <br /> allowed variation in rise and run of stair not to exceed '/4 inch of stair. <br /> Ornamental Iron — See Allowance <br /> All ornamental iron, if any, shall be installed in compliance with the Minnesota State Building Code <br /> where shown on plan and in a neat and workmanlike manner. Design and finishes to be determined by <br /> Owner. See allowance for ornamental iron. <br /> 6 <br />
