� <br /> ' A competent superintendent, who is acceptable to the Owner, shall be maintained on the Work site <br /> and give efficient supervision to the Work until its completion. The superintendent shall have full <br /> � authority to act on behalf of the Contractor,and all communications given to the superintendent shall <br /> be as binding as if given to the Contractor. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor's <br /> superintendent to coordinate the work of all the Subcontractors. When required, the superintendent <br /> � shall be present on the site to perform adequate supervision and coordination. <br /> Contractor shall provide competent, suitably qualified personnel to survey and lay out the Work and <br /> � perform construction as required by the Contract Documents. Contractor shall at all times maintain <br /> good discipline and order at the site. <br /> � The Contractor shall at all times be responsible for the conduct and discipline of his employees <br /> and/or any Subcontractors. All workmen must have sufficient knowledge, skill and experience to <br /> � perform properly the work assigned to them. Any foretnan and workman employed by the <br /> Contractor or Subcontractor who does not perform his work in a skillful manner, or appears to be <br /> incompetent or to act in a disorderly or intemperate manner shall be removed immediately and shall <br /> ' not be employed again in any portion of the Work. <br /> 7.2.2. The Contractor'� duties with respect to materials, equipment, inspection and workmanship <br /> � are set forth in Section 8. <br /> - 7.2.3. The Contractor's duties witl� respect to progress of the work are set forth in Section 3, <br /> � paragraphs 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9. <br /> 7.2.4. The C�ntractor' duties with respect to insurance and bonds, legal responsibility and safety are <br /> � set forth in Section C. <br /> 7.3. OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> � 7.3.1. The Owner shail issue all communications to the n r � �� r <br /> Co t actor through �h:; �ngineer. <br /> � 7.3.2. The Owner shall furnish the data required of the Owner under the Contract Documents <br /> promptly and shall mak�payments as provided to the Contractor promptly after they are due. <br /> i7.3.3. The Owner's duties in respect of providing lands and easements and providing engineering <br /> surveys to establish reference points are set forth in paragraph 5.1 and 5.3. The Owner shall make <br /> ' available to the Contra�tor copies of reports of investigations and tests of subsurface and latent <br /> physical conditions at the site or atherwise affecting performance of the wark which have been relied <br /> upon by the Engineer in preparing the drawings and speci�cations. Such reports are not guaranteed <br /> � a� to accuracy �r c�mpleteness and are not part of the Contract Documents. <br /> 7.3.4.
