In connection with Owner's right to stop work or suspend work, see paragraphs 8.17 and 121. � <br /> Paragraph 12.2 deals with the Owner's right to terminate services of the Contractor under certain <br /> circumstances. <br /> 7.4 ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT � <br /> The Contractor shall neither sublet, sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any � <br /> portion thereof, or of his right, title or interest therein, or his obligations thereunder, nor, if this <br /> Contractor is a corporate entity, sublet, sell, transfer or assign a majority of the outstanding shares <br /> of stock in the corporation, without prior written consent of the Owner. In case written consent is � <br /> given,the Contractor will be permitted to sublet a portion of the contract or corporate stock thereof, <br /> but shall perform,with his own organizadon,Work amounting to not less than 50 pereent of the total <br /> original contract price. No subcontracts or transfer of contract or corporate stock shall release the ' <br /> Contractor of his liability under the Contract or Bonds. <br /> 7.5 RIGHTS OF VARIOUS INTERESTS � <br /> Wherever Work being done by the Owner's forces or by other Contractors is contiguous to Work � <br /> covered by this Contract, the respective rights of the various interests involved shall be established <br /> by agreement to secure the completion of the various portions of the Work in general harmony. � <br /> 7.6 SEPARATE �CONTRACTS � <br /> The Owner may let other contracts in connectioti with the Work of the Contractor. The Contractor � <br /> shall cooperate with other Contractors with regard to storage of materials and execution of their <br /> Work. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to inspect all work by other Contractors affecting <br /> his Work and to report to the Engineer any irregularities which will not pernut him to commence or � <br /> complete his work in a satisfactory manner. His failure to notify the Engineer of such irregularities <br /> shal] indicate the work of other Contractors has been satisfactorily compteted to receive his Woric. <br /> The Contractor shail not be responsible for defects of which he could not have known through � <br /> reasonable inspection thereof, which develop in the Work of others after the Work is completed.
