TAXES: ALL SUBCONTRACTORS AND MATERIAL SUPPLIERS SHALL BE <br /> RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL SALES TAX AND USE TAX APPLICABLE ON <br /> ITEMS THEY FURNISH; AND SHALL NOTE SAME SEPARATELY ON EACH <br /> 1NVOICE. <br /> 9. Progress Payments: All Subcontractors and material suppliers shall deliver to the Owner their <br /> invoices for work performed and/or materials delivered to the Project before the 25th of the � <br /> previous month, in order to receive payment during that month. Invoices not received by that <br /> time will be processed the following month. Also, only the invoices submitted on AIA <br /> requisition form # G702 will be considered. All others will be returned for resubmittal. The � <br /> Owner shall be entitled to withhold as retainage 10% of all costs of work items per invoice. <br /> lO.Lien Waivers: All Subcontractors and Material Suppliers shall furnish a waiver of inechanic's `� <br /> lien after receipt of payment. All Subcontractors shall submit a list of sub and Material <br /> Suppliers. Upon request, a Subcontractor shall submit Lien Waivers from his Subs and Material <br /> Suppliers. � <br /> 11. Final Submittals: <br /> A. All maintenance and operating manuals. � <br /> B. Marked sets of Drawings and Specifications reflecting "AS BLTII..T" conditions. <br /> C. Any special guarantees or warranties required by the Contract Documents. <br /> D.
