� <br /> SECTION 01200 <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> 1. Scope: Scope of Work is defined in the Drawings and Specifications, dated October 4, 1999. <br /> 2. Insurance: The followin t es and amounts of insurance shall be carried by all Subcontractors: <br /> g YP <br /> A. Worker's Compensation Insurance, Public Liability and Unemployment insurance <br /> as required by Law. <br /> B. Bodily injury insurance: $500,000 single limit. <br /> C. Property Damage Insurance: $500,000 single limit. <br /> D. Automobile Bodily Injury Insurance: $500,000 single limit. <br /> �� Subcontractors waive all rights against the Owner for damages to persons or property caused by <br /> �� fire or other casualty. <br /> � <br /> ,� Each Subcontractor shall furnish to the GC satisfactory proof of coverage of insurance <br /> required; with the Certificate of Insurance forwarded immediately after the award of the <br /> _� contract. Each Subcontractor shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste <br /> � materials or rubbish, caused by his employees or work on a daily basis and; at the completion <br /> ,� of the Work, he shall remove all rubbish from and about the building, and all tools, scaffolding <br /> ,�� and surplus materials and shall leave his work area broom clean. If a subcontractor fails to <br /> comply with these clean-up requirements, the GC will (after notification), do the necessary <br /> clean-up and back-charge the cost of said clean-up to the applicable Subcontractor(s). If a <br /> �'� dispute arises between separate Subcontractors as to their responsibility for cleaning up, the GC <br /> may allocate the responsibility per his own discretion. <br />��� 5. Non-Conforming work: In the case of faulty or defective Work; the GC shall have the option, <br /> eF-�et�t�rr��3�h�ve�to takP aTnronri�..te reduction to the contract sum. <br /> 6. Supervision: Each Subcontractor shall provide a competent foreman to supervise the <br /> construction of his work. <br /> � 7.
