Codes: Each Subcontractor shall be responsible for meeting all codes applicable to his Section, <br /> including, but not limited to: The State and Local Building Code, Occupational Safety and <br /> Heath Act, ADA Code and Energy Codes. Subcontractors shall be responsible to the Owner for <br /> all costs, claims, fines and penalties imposed upon the Owner arising out of the Subcontractor's <br /> failure to conform to and comply with such codes, laws and regulations. <br /> F. Communications: All communications affecting contractual relations between Subcontracturs <br /> and the Owner shall be in writing. No additional costs will be allowed to any Subcontrnctor or <br /> material supplier without written approval of the GC <br /> G. Coordination: All Subcontractors shall coordinate their design and installations with other <br /> Subcontractors. Each Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing all backup materials and <br /> installation of materials furnished by others required by union regulation. <br /> P wer and Li htin : The Electrical Contractor shall supply temporary wiring � <br /> H. Temporary o g g <br /> throughout the building, to insure adequate and proper power and lighting for all trades and <br /> temporary heat as necessary. The power must be in reach of an 100' extension cord. An i� <br /> adequate number of bulbs shall also be furnished for temporary lighting. A minimum of 200 <br /> amp 120/240 volt, single phase service shall be furnished. The electrical contractor shall be <br /> responsible for all hook-up fees to the power company, such as fees for temporary � <br /> transformers, poles, etc. <br /> I. Subcontractors shall familiarize themselves with the site and existing conditions; and shall '� <br /> secure all field measurements necessary or required.
