References to section numbers in this Declaration �hall refer t��ections of this Declaration,unless otherwise indicated. - SECTION 2 DESCRIPTION OF UNITS, $OUNDARIES,AND RELATED EASEMENTS 2':1 Units. There are fifty-seven Units, subject to the right of Declarant to subdi ide and convert Units pursuant to Section i6. Al] Units are restricted exclusively to residential se. Each Unit constitutes a separate parcel of real estate. No portion af a Unit shall be transferre or � otherwis� conveyed apart from any other portions of a Unit.
