The <br /> . term "Owner" inciudes, without limitation, a contract for �deed vendee, and a <br /> .holder of a life estate. <br /> 1.18 "Person"means a natural individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a <br /> partnership,a trustee, or other legal entity capable of holding title to real property. � <br /> 1.]9 "Plat" means one or more than one recorded plat depicting the Property pursuant <br /> to the requirements of Section 51 SB.2-110(c) of the Act, and satisfying the <br /> requirements of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 505, 50$, or 508A, as applicable, , <br /> including any amended or supplemental Plat recorded from time to time in <br /> accordance with the Act. � <br /> 1.20 "ProaeRv" means all of the real property subjected to this Declaration,now or in <br /> the future, including all structures and improvements located thereon.
