I note the following encumbrances, defects and irreqularities: <br /> (a) Two abstracts were filed in this matter, a partial abstract from Chicago Title <br /> Insurance Company containing abstract entries numbered 94-107, and a full abstract from Land <br /> Title containing abstract entries numbered 1-132. All abstract entries referred to in this report <br /> will relate to the full abstract. Abstract entry no. 94 certifies the abstract of title for entry nos. 94- <br /> 132 from July 23, 1994 to June 4, 2014. The July 23, 1994 date appears to be a typo as the <br /> certification for entry nos. 1-93 is dated July 23, 1984, and therefore a 10 year period from that <br /> date to July 23, 1994 has not been certified. Prior to issuance of the Land Title Summons, the <br /> Applicant must obtain and file a new Certification of the abstract of title to land in Hennepin <br /> County. Your examiner will then issue a Supplemental Report, if necessary. <br /> (b) Paragraph "I" of the Application discloses the desire to register the eastern and <br /> western boundary lines; however, I assume Applicants intend to register the northwesterly and <br /> southeasterly boundary lines. Paragraph "H" of the Application states that these boundary lines <br /> have been established by boundary by practical location based on express agreement on <br /> August 15, 2008.
