Stat. § 508.13, the undersigned Examiner of Titles has examined the title of <br /> the Applicants to the land described in the Application, investigated the truth of ail matters set <br /> forth therein, determined whether or not the land is occupied, and, if occupied, the nature <br /> thereof and by what right the occupation is held, and also whether ar not any judgments against <br /> the Applicants or those through whom the Applicants claims title may be a lien upon the land <br /> described in the Application. I have searched the pubiic records, and fully investigated all facts <br /> brought to my notice pertaining to the title, including an inspection report by the County <br /> Surveyor. This report to the Court contains the substance of the proof and a Certi�cate of <br /> Opinion upon the title. <br /> 1. At the time the Application was filed, the Applicants were the record owners of <br /> the land described in the Application and as follows: <br /> Lot 174, Taylors Subdivision of Spring Park Lots. <br /> 2. According to the Application and the Hennepin County Surveyor's Inspection <br /> Report on file herein, the property being registered is occupied by the Applicants. <br /> 3. Pursuant to mortgage County Recorder poc. No. 9714096, the following concluding <br /> statement should be contained in the"subject clause°of the Decree of Registration: <br /> To a Mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic <br /> Registration Systems, Inc. as mortgagee and as <br /> nominee for CU Members Mortgage, a division of <br /> Colonial Savings, F.A., as lender, filed November 8, <br /> 2011, as County Recorder poc. No. 9714096, in the <br /> original principal amount of$155,000.00. <br /> 1 <br />
