Minn. Stat. §559.25.Typically, the landmarks will be section corners maintained by the <br /> Hennepin County Surveyor pursuant to Minn. Stat. §381.12. The Applicants' surveyor may contact <br /> the Hennepin County Surveyor or the Examiner of Titles for guidance in the selection of <br /> appropriate landmarks. <br /> At the time of the hearing, evidence will be received as to the title of the Applicants and <br /> as to the location of the no�thwesterly and southeasterly boundary lines. At that time only an <br /> Interlocutory Order adjudicating the location of the boundaries and directing that they be marked <br /> by Judicial Landmarks wili be entered. After the Judiciai Landmarks have been placed, the <br /> Applicants' surveyor should prepare a plat of survey showing the location of each of the judicial <br /> landmarks. The surveyor's certification on the piat should be in a form such as the foilowing: <br /> I hereby certify that pursuanf to the Onder of the District Court of Hennepin <br /> County, Fourth Judicial Dlstrlct, Sfate of Mlnnesota, dated�F►er�s insert date of <br /> lnter�ocutory Order], Torrens Case No. 27-ET-CV-14-456, Judicia/Landmarks <br /> have been placed as shown on the annexed plat Each Judicia! Landmark <br /> consists of a (describe size, shape and materials of judicial landmar�ks) with <br /> letters cut or marked thereon reading"Judicial Landmark': <br /> The case may then be placed again on the Land Title Calendar at which time the <br /> Decree of Registration will be entered. Two copies of the Plat of Survey showing the location of <br /> the Judiciai Landmarks should be submitted when the case is again placed on the calendar for <br /> hearing, one of which will be filed in the Court file and the other will be certified by the Court <br /> Administrator and must then be filed with the Registrar along with the Decree. Said certfied <br /> Plat of Survey will be shown as a�memorial on the Certificate entered pursuant to the Decree. <br /> To conform to the General Rules of Practice for District Courts, Title III, Part A, Rule 211, <br /> the legal description in the final Decree must be followed by this statement: <br /> The northwesterly and southeasterly boundaries of said land <br /> have been marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to <br /> Order in Torrens Case No. 27-ET-CV-14456. <br /> I recommend as defendants the owners and encumbrancers of the adjoining Lot 173, <br /> currently discfosed by the records of the Hennepin County Recorder to be Willfam S.
