The rain garden has been adequately sized to maintain proposed peak runoff rates below existing conditions <br /> and retain a volume on site equal to 1" over the new impervious surfaces. <br /> 2. The rain garden should not be constructed until the upstream areas have been permanently stabilized. <br /> 3. The installation of the rain garden should be inspected by the City to ensure it is constructed as proposed. <br /> 4.
