Final approval with the City of Orono to the approach being taken. This will be by July 29, 2002 <br /> reviewing and accepting the final evaluation report. Limited access to the residence shall be <br /> granted beginning at this time to permit the site bidding/observation as required. <br /> 4. Bidding period for the required work. July 18—August 1, 2002 <br /> 5. Review of bids, financial review by owner and awarding of the work. July 29—August 1, 2002 <br /> 6. Submit changes to City that may affect issuance of building permit. August 1, 2002 <br /> 7. City issues building permit. August 2, 2002 <br /> 8. Start of repairs August 5, 2002 <br /> 9. Foundation wall repair performed. August 5, 2002 <br /> 10.Floor framing member repairs made. August 5, 2002 <br /> 11 Structural Engineer of Record &City Inspection of foundation wall repairs and floor framing repairs. August 9, 2002 <br /> 12.Exterior grading changes & site work. August 12-August 30 <br /> 13.Interior of house cleaned and contents repositioned to allow for full un-obstructed August 9, 2002 <br /> access from others that will be in the structure performing repairs. <br /> 14.Electrical repairs made, if required.
