The <br />applicants will be required to provide new legal descriptions for recording of the deeds. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br />Mike Stedman, Real Estate Agent, stated he represents Mr. Jacobs and that they have met with Staff and <br />have met all of Staff’s recommendations. <br /> <br />Chair Leskinen opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br /> <br />Chair Leskinen closed the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Leskinen stated she had no problem with the application since the properties are large enough to support <br />the change and will not create any new nonconformities. <br /> <br />Lemke moved, Schoenzeit seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 14-3683, Irwin <br />Jacobs, 1700 Shoreline Drive, and Rodney Burwell, 1100 Millston Road, granting of a lot line <br />rearrangement. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br /> <br />4. #14-3686 DAVID DELANEY, 2500 BLOCK OF KELLY AVENUE (PID 20-117-23-11- <br />0032) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT AND A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A <br />PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, 7:07 P.M. – 8:57 P.M. <br /> <br />David Delaney, Applicant, and John Bessesen, Developer, were present. <br /> <br />Andrew Mack stated before the Planning Commission tonight are two requests. The first request is for a <br />minor Comprehensive Plan Amendment to re-guide the property for single-family residential to single- <br />family attached residential. The second request is for approval of a Residential Planned Unit <br />Development.
