Project expertise includes <br /> conceptual and final plan review,tenant/landlord facilitation, maintenance <br /> coordination, and construction inspection services. Additional experience <br /> includes tenant mapping/inventory,lease reviews, and project coordination <br /> as related to the reconditioning of water storage tanks. Dan has also authored <br /> and presented numerous articles related to site construction and <br /> coordination. <br /> Water Tower Reconditioning <br /> Inspector on numerous water tower reconditioning projects throughout the <br /> Midwest. Dan was responsible far plan and specification development for <br /> maintenance and or reconditioning,including provisions specific to the <br /> abatement of hazardous materials and the reduction of fugitive dust.
