Staff Memo &Exhibits - January 7, 2015 PC Work Session <br /> In order to initiate Council consideration of potential revisions to the Storm Water and Drainage <br /> Trunk Fee("SW&DT Fee"), attached are memos and exhibits provided to the Planning <br /> Commission for their January 2015 work session. Although this was not discussed by the PC, it <br /> is a topic that primarily requires Council input and direction. <br /> The attached materials raise a number of issues to be resolved,but do not yet pose recommended <br /> solutions for those issues. Staff is in the process of preparing an analysis of possible options for <br /> consideration,which is intended to be available in late February or early March for Council <br /> review. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Review the attached materials and advise staff of any comments or concerns you may have as <br /> this process moves forward. <br />
