SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. , THIRD SERIES <br /> ORDINANCE NO , THIRD SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF <br /> THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> BY AMENDING SECTION 14-134 <br /> REGARDING AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REVISING THE <br /> RESPONSIBILITITES FOR WATER SERVICE REPAIRS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Orono Municipal Code Section 14-134 regarding service pipes is hereby <br /> amended to read it is the responsibility of the property owner or building occupant to repair frozen service <br /> pipes between the curb stop into the house or other building. <br /> SECTION 2. establishes that a summary of this Ordinance shall be published in THE <br /> PIONEER and THE LAKER newspapers and that the Ordinance in its entirety shall be effective <br /> upon approval and publication of the Summary Ordinance. <br /> This Summary Ordinance is an abbreviated summary of Ordinance No. , Third Series.
