This application was reviewed as Zoning File #15-3704. <br /> 2. The Property is located in tl'� LFt-1 C One-Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District. <br /> 3. Public service struc�ut,es are an a{�owed c�r�d�t�nal use within the LR-1 C District. <br /> 4. A maintenance #acility h�s existed ar� been in operation on the Property since <br /> 1962. <br /> 5. The Pt�ann� Comrraission revie�d this �pplication at a public hearing held on <br /> January 20, 2015 and voted 6 for �nd 0 against on a motion to approve the <br /> co�►ditional use permit, variance and site plan for the building addition as <br /> de�cribed herein b�ed on th+�following findings: <br /> a) The proposed building addition will comply with all zoning setback <br /> rec�uirements pertinent to public service structures. <br /> b) The prop4sed building addition is relatively non-obtrusive and is compliant <br /> with the 2on�� code. <br /> c) The proposed building addition results in almost no change to the site <br /> layout or site usage. The pergola does not change the general location of <br /> the entrance to the building and does not result in significant changes to <br /> pedestrian or vehicular traffic patterns within the site.
