The City Ccwncil has considered th� application including the findings and <br /> recommendation of the P�nning Cotnmission, reports by City staff, comments by <br /> the Applicant and the pub�ic, and the effect of the proposed conditional use <br /> permit on tl�ee health, s�F�ty and vrrelfare of the community. <br /> 7. Tt�e City Counc�l f@nds that the conditions existing on this Property are peculiar to <br /> it ar�d do not apply generally to other property in this zoning district; that granting <br /> the cor�iitional use permit would not adversely affect traffic conditions, light, air <br /> nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to neighboring property; and would be in <br /> keeping v�th the spirit and intent of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of <br /> the City. <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> grants a conditional use permit and commercial site plan approval pursuant Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Sections 78-142 and 78-348(7); and grants approval of a variance from <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
