The City Ccwncil has considered th� application including the findings and recommendation of the P�nning Cotnmission, reports by City staff, comments by the Applicant and the pub�ic, and the effect of the proposed conditional use permit on tl�ee health, s�F�ty and vrrelfare of the community. 7. Tt�e City Counc�l f@nds that the conditions existing on this Property are peculiar to it ar�d do not apply generally to other property in this zoning district; that granting the cor�iitional use permit would not adversely affect traffic conditions, light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to neighboring property; and would be in keeping v�th the spirit and intent of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of the City. CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby grants a conditional use permit and commercial site plan approval pursuant Municipal Zoning Code Sections 78-142 and 78-348(7); and grants approval of a variance from Page 3 of 5
