"Business Driveway Approach" means a driveway <br /> approach from any public right-of-way providing motor <br /> vehicles with ingress and egress from the public or <br /> private road to any property other than a single family <br /> dwelling . <br /> G. "Resident Driveway Approach" means a driveway <br /> approach from any public or private right-oL-way <br /> providing ingress and egress for motor vehicles from the <br /> public or private road to a single family residential <br /> dwelling . <br /> H. "Driveway Turnaround" means a paved or otherwise <br /> clearly delineated area which is part of or connected to <br /> a driveway or driveway approach, on private property, <br /> sufficient in size for an automobile or other vehicle to <br /> turn 180 degrees without leaving the paved or delineated <br /> area . <br /> I . "Frontage" means the lot line abutting a public or <br /> private street . <br /> J. "Parcel of Land" means a lot or contig;�ous lots or a <br /> tract officially registered under one ocanership . <br /> K. "Private Roac?" mear,s any street or roa�.iway which has <br /> not been dedicated to public use, or whicn is not � <br /> mai.ntainea by public funds , but which is opeci to travel <br /> pursuant to an easer: �nt betwee:n persons or between a <br /> person or persons and the City. � <br /> L. "Public Roa•3" means the entire area dedicated to <br /> public use, or contained in a plat, an easement or other <br /> conveyance, grant or by adverse possession, to the City <br /> or other governmental body, and shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, roadcaays , boulevards , sidewalks, alleys , and <br /> other public property between lateral property lines in <br /> which a roadway lies . Where traveled publi� roadways <br /> exist in a location not shown on the platting map, the <br /> right-of-way shall not be less than ten (10) feet wide on <br /> each side of the actual paved or traveled road�ay surface. <br /> -2- <br />
