Subd. 9. Prohibition of License Issuance. No employee <br /> or public official of the City of Orono may be a holder of any <br /> license issued under this Section. This does not, however, prevent <br /> the issuance of a license to a club of which any of the <br /> aforementioned are members or on the board of directors. <br /> Subd. lA. Financial Indebtedness. No person shall be <br /> financially indebted to any person not otherwise qualified for the <br /> license . <br /> Subd . 11 . Zoning Ordinance Requirements .
