] 4 . 20 <br /> , SEC. 4.17. General Prohibitions for purposes of this <br /> section, it is unlawful to: <br /> NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br /> Subd. 1 . Person other than the parent or legal <br /> guardian to procure non-intoxicating malt liquor for any person <br /> below the State established legal drinking age. <br /> Subd. 2. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to consume non-intoxicating malt liquor unless in the <br /> company of his parent or guardian. <br /> Subd. 3. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to have in his possession any non-intoxicating malt <br /> 1 iquor with intent to consume the same at a place other than the <br /> household of his parent or guardian. Possession of such non- <br /> intoxicating malt liquor at a place other than the household of his <br /> parent or guardian shall be prima facia evidence of intent to <br /> consume the same at a place other than the household of his parent <br /> or gauadian. <br /> Subd. 4. Licensee or his employee to sell or serve non- <br /> intoxicating malt liquor to any person under the State established <br /> legal drinking age, to consume non-intoxicating malt liquor on the <br /> licensed premise , or to premit any person under the state <br /> established legal drinking age to loiter or to remain in the room <br /> where on-sale non-intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served <br /> unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br /> Subd. 5. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to pruchase or otherwise procure non-intoxicating malt <br /> liquor, or induce another party, not his parent or guardian, to <br /> procure non-intoxicating malt liquor for him. <br /> INTOXICATING LIQOOR <br /> Subd. 6. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to consume intoxicating liquor. <br /> Subd. 7. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to have intoxicating liquor in his possession. <br /> Subd. 8. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to enter licensed premise for the purpose of <br /> purchasing or procuring intoxicating liquor. <br /> Subd. 9. Person under the State established legal <br /> drinking age to be in or upon licensed intoxicating liquor premises <br /> except a restaurant, hotel or motel, and then only if accompanied <br /> by at least one of his parents or his guardian; and it is unlawful <br /> for the licensee to permit such person to remain upon licensed <br /> premises . <br /> Subd. 10.
