P/acement of structures on lots. - <br /> When more than one setback applies to a site,structures and facilities must be located to meet <br /> all setbacks. Structures shall be located as follows: <br /> (6) Average lakeshore setback. No principal or accessory structure shall be located <br /> closer to the lakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of existing residence <br /> buildings on adjacent lots;except that this does not apply to stairways, lifts, landings and <br /> lockboxes. Further, the average lakeshore setback shall apply only to classified lakes and shall <br /> not apply to tributaries. The average lakeshore setback line shall be a straight line connecting <br /> the most lakeward protrusions of the residence buildings on the immediately adjacent lakeshore <br /> lots. <br /> a. In 2011, an average lakeshore setback <br /> variance was granted in order to allow additions to the existing home ahead of the average <br /> lakeshore setback line. As the property owner proceeds with improvements to the property an <br /> in-ground pool and pool cabana are now proposed. The proposed pool will be located partially <br /> ahead ofthe average lakeshore setback line which requires a variance;the pool cabana is <br /> proposed to have a bathtub and/or shower which requires a conditional use permit. <br /> Lot Area/Width: <br /> LR-1A Lot Area Lot Width <br /> Required 87,120 s.f. (7.14 acre) +600' <br /> Setbacks• <br /> The pool cabana is proposed to be situated 10+feet from the other structures, over 100 feet <br /> from the eastern side lot line and over 150 feet from Fox Street. All required setbacks for the <br /> pool cabana will be met. The pool is proposed to be 120 feet from the east,side lot line and will <br /> meet the 10 foot setback from other structures; it is proposed to encroach as much as 20 feet <br /> into the average lakeshoresetback line. <br />
