First, several vehicles on the property appear to be unlicensed and/ar inoperable which still <br /> remain on the property. We appreciate that two vehicles were brought into compliance last summer, <br /> but there are other vehicles that need to be verified as operational and/or licensed (Section 9.50). <br /> Please contact me at the City Offices to arrange a site inspection to discuss options for remedying <br /> this problem. <br /> The second issue is the storage of work vehicles on private property. The storage of non-passenger <br /> vehicles is not allowed on residential property (Section 10.61 of the Orono Municipal Code). Also, <br /> the storage of the commercial vehicles on the property is considered evidence that a buisiness is <br /> operated within a residential property regardless of whether an office exists within the dwelling <br /> (Section 5.40 of the Orono Municipal Code). For these reasons, the vehicles must be removed from <br /> the property at 2180 Fox Street. <br /> These violations must be eliminated by March 10, 1997. Please contact me at the City Offices if <br /> you have questions on any of these matters.
