Box 66
C:rystai Bay, MN 55."s23-OGti6
RE: George A. Ebbecke, 2180 Fox Street
Dear Mr. Weckman:
Your letter of February 18, 1997, has been referred by my
client, George Ebbecke to me for response.
All vehicles on my client's property are operable and licensed
with the exception of a van which is snowed and iced in. That
vehicle is a virtually new vehicle which is the subject of a
dispute between the two corporate entities (one of which is Ge1co)
which claim ownership to it. My client will voluntarily agree to
get it off of his property. My client brought this van to his
property from its point of origination out of state as is part of
his profession.
My client is not operating a home occupation where he fixes or
rehabs vans or vehicles on his premises. (Please see my letter of
April 29, 1996) .
Because this van is snowed and iced in at its present location
my ciienL is requesLing to ie alloweci Lo remove LirE van irom his
property once the snow and ice melts.
Please contact me for further response. Thank you for your
assistance.

Very y you ,
^,'' -
- %
/ f
/r o H. Vande Vegt,,
AW/jlh
cc: George A. Ebbecke
