Box 66 <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br /> RE: Letter of April 11, 1996 regarding allegations of <br /> unlicensed/inoperable vehicles and home occupation violation <br /> Dear Mr. Oman: <br /> The above-captioned matter has been referred to me by Mr. <br /> Ebbecke for response. <br /> I will first address the alleged home occupation violation. <br /> Mr. Ebbecke does not refurbish vans on his property and denies the <br /> allegation. Therefore, there is nothing for him to place into <br /> compliance. <br /> With regard to the inoperable vehicle violation, Mr. Ebbecke <br /> has a Ford Ranchero for which he indicated did not have current <br /> tabs. I instructed him to obtain current license tabs which he is <br /> in the process of doing. That vehicle is in running condition. He <br /> also had another brand new van on his property which was licensed <br /> under a 21 day permit. Previously, there was a partially damaged <br /> van on the property which has been removed. <br /> I hope that this is the information that you need. rlease iet <br /> me know if there are any questions.
