Motion, Ayes =4, Nays =O, Motion <br />passed. <br />#141 SUSSEX SQUARE DEVELOPMENT <br />3020 FOX STREET <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />TABLED TO OCTOBER 9, 1989* <br />#1412 MARY PETERSEN <br />384 MCCULLEY ROAD <br />A. ROAD NAME REQUEST <br />B. FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION #2702* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve the name "Wolverton Place" for <br />the name of the interior plat road and to adopt Resolution #2702 <br />approving the final subdivision for Mary Petersen. Motion, <br />Ayes =4, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />#1434 GARY BARR <br />3034 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />RESOLUTION #2703 <br />Mrs. Lori Barr was <br />present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson provided a brief synopsis of <br />this application. Bernhardson mentioned that due to the presence <br />of the guesthouse, the City would have the right to charge Mr. <br />Barr $225.00 for an additional sewer unit. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2703, approving the <br />guest house conditional use permit for Mr. Gary Barr. <br />Councilmember Peterson asked Planning Commission Representative <br />Cohen why he had voted to recommend denial of this application? <br />Cohen said that he did not feel there was an adequate hardship <br />for this use. Motion, Ayes =4, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />#1439 LAWRENCE LANGHANS <br />1366 REST POINT ROAD <br />FINAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2704* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve an after - the -fact conditional <br />use permit and variance for Lawrence Langhans at 1366 Rest Point <br />Road per Resolution #2704.
