Some of the tree <br /> removal is necessary to create the rain gardens. Even so, significant trees that must be removed for <br /> grading near the top of the bluff should be replaced in a nearby location. <br /> (1,4) All exterior lighting shall be so directed so as not to cast glare toward or onto the public right- <br /> of-way or neighboring residential uses or districts; and <br /> There will be no exterior lighting associated with the grading.
