This activity will be <br /> of short duration and will be similar to the noise and construction associated with construction of a <br /> house. � � <br /> (13) Designed to take into account the natural, scenic,and historic features of the area and to <br /> minimize environmental impact; : � <br /> While no grading will occur on the bluff or steep slopes, there may be some tree loss,particularly , <br /> evergreen trees, on the flat areas near the top of the slope that will be removed. Some of the tree <br /> removal is necessary to create the rain gardens. Even so, significant trees that must be removed for <br /> grading near the top of the bluff should be replaced in a nearby location. <br /> (1,4) All exterior lighting shall be so directed so as not to cast glare toward or onto the public right- <br /> of-way or neighboring residential uses or districts; and <br /> There will be no exterior lighting associated with the grading. ' <br /> (15) Not detrimental to the public health,public safety, or general welfare. <br /> With proper erosion control and escrows this should be satisfied <br />
