Plat Map <br /> Background <br /> The cabin on the property was reconstructed by the previous owner using the original foundation in <br /> 2004. The current owners purchased the property in 2015 and they would like to make some changes to <br /> the cabin in order to better meet their family's needs. The changes include expansion of the footprint on <br /> the main level to accommodate a main floor bedroom on the west side of the cabin, and a screen porch <br /> addition on the north side of the cabin. <br /> The screen porch is proposed to extend approximately 3 feet lakeward of the 75-foot setback line, to <br /> utilize the existing two 3' x3'foundation blocks remaining from the original cabin. The addition on the <br /> west side will not extend beyond the existing covered porch on the cabin. The proposed 25'x35' storage <br /> garage is situated 76 feet from the OHWL. All of the projects are located lakeward of the average <br /> lakeshore setback line;variances are necessary. <br />
