Final plans to specify the following: <br /> A) Designation and dedication of Drainage and Utility <br /> Easements on plat of property owners located at 995, <br /> 997 and 999 Wildhurst Trai1 , or execution of Drainage <br /> and Utility Easements by three property owners for <br /> access to sewer and snow storage . <br /> B) Designate 15' Drainage Easement from 930' elevation <br /> , leading to lake at invert to wetlands. <br /> C) Prior to the issuance of building permits for new <br /> construction, the road base, all storm sewer <br /> construction and other required land alterations must <br /> be installed and approved by the City. It should be <br /> � noted prior to any land alteration, that all erosion <br /> control as shown on the approved grading plan must be <br /> installed. Please note the City Engineer must appr'ove <br /> all road plans, storm sewer p lans, and lot grading <br /> plans prior to any land alteration. Applicant to <br /> , provide engineering plans for an urban road section <br /> (28' paved width with curbs) , road profile sections, <br /> etc. <br /> D) The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District must grant <br /> , the necessary permits before the any of the above <br /> referenced improvements can commence. <br /> 4. Applicant is placed on notice that all entrance <br /> monuments in excess of 3�' shall require variances. In <br /> addition, any filling to be done on sites that are not <br /> connected to the protection of the residence foundation or <br /> to provide positive drainage from residential structures <br /> will require conditional use permits if that fill is in <br /> excess of 100 cubic , yards. If fill is under 100 cubic <br /> yards, a separate land alteration permit may be issued by <br /> the City. <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> The fol lowing list of final submittals must be submitted to <br /> the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br /> scheduled Council •meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br /> month: � <br /> • A.
