Englehart dated April 26, 1990, revised July 5, <br /> 1990. <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br /> wicle along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br /> side of internal property lines - please omit adjacent <br /> to lakeshore and wetlands. <br /> c) Designation and dedication of Drainage Easements <br /> over the wetlands defined at the 930' elevation, define <br /> all drainageways at a minimum 15' width, include the <br /> one referenced above that leads to the lake from the <br /> wetlands. Please assure that all drainage/structure <br /> improvements are located within the public easement <br /> areas. <br /> d) Define lakeshore at the 929. 4 ' elevation. '' <br /> • e) Dedicate Wildhurst Trail as a public road, entitled <br /> "Wildhurst Trail" not as an outlot. <br /> B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br /> , mortgage holders or others with property interest <br /> i.ndicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br /> documents affected by such interest. <br /> b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all . <br /> recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br /> c) Signed and executed Flowage & Conservation Easement <br /> over the wetlands defined as drainage easements within <br /> the plat (sample enclosed) . <br /> d) A sample of a Drainage and Utility Easement has <br /> been enclosed for the-use of the three property owners <br /> to the north to be used only if the designation and <br /> dedication cannot be completed on the final plat.
