The subdivider has provided future access corridors to <br /> the east and west and shall be responsible for developing <br /> the east corridor through the wetlands. The improvement <br /> shall consist of a 24' wide gravel road bed with ditches and <br /> a 16' wide paved surface per City's specifications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br /> more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves a variance to Section 10.55, Subdivision 8 <br /> and the preliminary plat of Indian Creek per plat survey dated <br /> most revised February 23 , 1990 by Edward A. Sunde, a registered <br /> land surveyor under the laws of the State of Minnesota of Sunde <br /> • Land Surveying, Inc., subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. All access to the 16 lot plat must be via the interior <br /> plat road. No curb cuts for the proposed lots shall be <br /> approved off of the adjacent roadway. <br /> 2. Prior to any land alterations for dr�inage or road <br /> purposes, the following septic sites must be staked with <br /> fencing. Such fencing to be installed 20 ' from the <br /> boundaries of each drainfield test site, as follows: <br /> Lot l, Block 1 <br /> Lot 5 , Block 1 � <br /> Lot 1, Block 4 ( septic site located in SW corner only) <br /> Lot 6, Block 4 � <br /> Lot 7, Block 4 <br /> 3. Subdivider to grant underlying road and utility easement <br /> over all private road outlots (Outlots A, D and E). <br /> 4. Outlot A shall be installed per engineering road plans <br /> dated 12/19/89, revised 1/9/90 for a 28' roadway with curb. <br /> Outlot D shall be installed by the subdivider through the <br /> � wetlands area as a rural 24' wide gravel roadway with <br /> ditches and a 16' wide paved surface.
