The subdivider sh�ll �lso gr�nt dr�inage <br /> easements over dr�in�gew�ys �nd storm sewers not loc�ted <br /> within right-of-w�y of ro�d outlots. <br /> 6. Bituminous flumes will be required where water is to <br /> discharge into wetl�nd �re�s. <br /> 7. Subdivider' to execute priv�te coven�nts for the shared <br /> cost �nd m�inten�nce and upkeep of priv�te ro�d. The <br /> subdiv'ider m�y wish to use the st�nd�rd form used by the <br /> City for inclusion in the priv�te covenants. Upon prelimin�ry �pprov�l <br /> , of the pl�t, the subdivider is to dr�ft �ppropri�te priv�te <br /> coven�nts to be submitted to the City prior to the. Subdivider to execute a dr�infield covenant to be filed <br /> " ag�inst the ch�in of title of e�ch of the 16 lots within the <br /> pl �t in order to ensure future owner' s knowledge �nd <br /> �w�reness of the special limitations on the septic <br /> c�p�bilities of the rur�l lots �nd the need to protect <br /> existing septic test sites. The following �ddition sh�ll be <br /> m�de to the coven�nt proposed by �pplic�nt. The following <br /> sentence is to be added between sentences 1 �nd 2: "In most <br /> c�ses, these �re the only two fe�sible sites on each lot, <br /> �nd must not be disturbed. The existing n�tural topsoil <br /> must rem�in in pl�ce �nd must not be sub�ect to an� traffic <br /> which will c�use even the slightest comp�ction." <br /> 9. The developer to cre�te e�sements in favor of the <br /> homeowners �ssociation over Lots 1, Block l, �nd Lot 1, <br /> Block 4 for the purpose of m�inten�nce and upkeep of the' <br /> � monuments. The City �pproves the monuments proposed on <br /> plans dated December 19, 1989, revised J�nu�ry 9, 1990 by <br /> • Ger�ld M.
