Staff has been advised <br />that mylars will be available for tonight's meeting. <br />Staff recommends that the Council adopt the resolutions approving the vacation resolution, the final plat <br />resolution, and authorize the mayor and clerk to sign the Developer's Agreement. <br />Murphy inquired whether Punchlist A is similar to the list that was created for Interspace West and <br />whether Staff is exercising the same type of scrutiny on applications. <br />Gaffron stated in his opinion the majority of the items contained on the list are relatively minor except <br />for the bedding. Gaffron stated the bedding would not change the design of the project. Gaffron noted <br />the Interspace application was also a commercial project and had gone through the process twice, with <br />Staff feeling the necessity to scrutinize the application quite closely to ensure that all requirements were <br />being met. ;I <br />Kellogg stated in his opinion the issues contained on the punchlist can be resolved and recommended <br />Staff verify that the items have been resolved prior to construction commencing. <br />Murphy moved, Bremer seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5651, a Resolution Vacating a <br />Portion of Bracketts Point Road as Dedicated m the Plat of "Rearrangement of Orono Point" and <br />Vacating Certain Drainage and Utilities Easements within Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, "Bracketts <br />Point" in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
