MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION - <br /> Monday, September 18,2006 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> (#06-3232 Michael and Mary Drazan, Continued) � . <br /> Sharratt stated it is approxiinately 34 feet. - <br /> Michael Drazan stated they did relocate tlle house further back to get out of the setback and reduce <br /> hardcover but it was pointed out by Staff that they would lose their view of the lake if the house were <br /> moved further back. <br /> Ted Capra,3546 Ivy Place,stated he also moved his house further back to try to help with the hardcover <br /> and to gain souie off street parking. , � <br /> Rahn inquired what the current survey lists the hardcover at. <br /> Michael Drazan stated it is at 32.5 percent. <br /> Capra commented it is difficult to turn into the driveway. <br /> Jeff Danberry, 3545 Ivy Place, commented it is necessary for some cars to back into his driveway to gain <br /> access to their driveway. - � <br /> Bremer stated she would be in support of 30 percent hardcover given the restrictions of the lot and the . <br /> narrowness of Ivy Place Road. Bremer stated her biggest concern is moving this application forward to <br /> the City Council without the Planning Commission reviewing the revised plans. <br /> Mary Drazan indicated they would probably not start consh uction until the spring or suiruner of next <br /> year. , <br /> Curtis conunented the applicants would then also have tinie to address the 0-75 foot zone. <br /> Bremer stated the applicants have the o�tion of having the Plamiing Conunission vote on the application <br /> that is Uefore theni tonight or taUling the application to allow thein time to submit revised plans and to <br /> obtain the City Engineer's conmients. <br /> Mary Drazan stated they would like their application taUled. <br /> Kroeger movecl,Kempf seconded,to table Application#06-3232,Sharrltt Design on behalf of <br /> Michael and Mary Drazan,3546 Ivy Place, at tlie request of the ap��lic�nts.
