Bremer noted siructural coverage is at 13.9 percent. <br /> Michael Drazan indicated they have explored a nutnber of options in designing their house. <br /> Sharratt indicated they did submit a plan for 29 percent hardcover,which did not allow for a hirn-around <br /> or offstreet parking. � <br /> Ralui stated the parking spaces are typically in front of the garage and that the driveway could be reduced <br /> somewllat. <br /> Mary Drazan inquired what the hardcover would be reduced to if the jut-out were removed. <br /> Jurgens inquired whether the applicant should be directed to subinit a revised plan or whetlier the <br /> application can proceed forward to the Council. Jurgens concuired the driveway could be reduced to the <br /> minimum guidelines. <br /> Michael Drazan to his knowledge the driveway is at the minimum. , • <br /> Curtis stated if the jut-out were eliininated,the hardcover would be reduced by approximately 300 square <br /> feet. <br /> Rahn inquired what amount of fill is being proposed. � <br /> Curtis stated it would be 640 cubic square yards of fill. <br /> Bremer inquired whether Staff has sufficient infornlation to move the application forward to the City <br /> Council. <br /> Curtis stated she would not take this application to the City Council until she receives tlie conunents fronl <br /> the City Engineer. , <br /> Bremer inquired whether the Platuling Conunission would be supportive of 30 percent liardcover. <br /> Kempf conmiented that 30 percent seems to Ue fairly common on Tvy Place. <br /> Rahn stated if the house is relocated further back, a turmel vision affect wauld Ue created, which could <br /> constii�tte a hardship. <br /> Jurgens stated the house could also be redesigned. <br /> Ralui inquired how far forward tlie house is. <br /> PAGE 21 <br />
