VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 1,Jurgens Opposed. � <br /> Jurgens stated he would prefer hardcover calculations be subnutted. <br /> 6. #OG-3231 WILLTAM S.DAMPIER,3550 IVY PLACE,VA.RIANCE,7:54—8:32 P.M. <br /> William Dampier,Applicant,was present. <br /> Turner stated the applicant is requesting a side setback variance to construct an addition to the lakeside of <br /> the house to Ue located 3.4 feet from the south property line when a 10-foot setUack is required, and a lot <br /> coverage variance to allow 17.4 percent of the lot covered by buildings when the inaxinium is 15 percent. <br /> I�i 2000, the applicant was granted liardcover and side setback variances for construction of an addition to <br /> the sheet side of the house and reconstruction of tlie second stoiy. The original house was constructed <br /> with a north side setUack of 2.9 feet to 3.4 feet. The current request would allow consiruction of a semi- <br /> circular room on the second floor on the lakeside of the property and a one-foot cantilevered extension of - <br /> the iirst iloor on the lakeside of the property. The applicant constructed the first floor cantilevered <br /> extension and two feet of the second stoiy addition in 2005 not in compliance with ihe prior approvals. <br /> PAGE 14 <br />
