The proposed kiln shed will exceed the <br /> re uired principal structure setback. <br /> Staff Recommeizdation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the setback <br /> variance and the conditional use permit amendment to permit construction of the open- <br /> sided kiln shed as proposed. <br /> Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br /> Sec. 78-418.
