A retaining wall may necessary to achieve allowable slopes. <br /> � • Rain gutters should be installed on the home to direct water away from adjacent properties, .� <br /> particularly along the east side.of the property. Rain"gutter locations should be shown on the plans. ` <br /> • Plans should include existing and proposed lowest floor elevations. , <br /> • The plans should clarify the location of the proposed 954 contour line crossing the existing driveway. <br /> It does"not appear to tie into the existing 954 contour. . , � <br /> • The plans should.show proposed driveway grades.Driveway grades should not exceed 10%. <br /> • A rain garden or ponding area should be constructed to the west of the proposed culvert. It should be <br /> _ sized such that the proposed runoff rate off the properry does not exceed the existing runoff rate. A <br /> 'drainage area map and associated drainage calculations for the 2, 10,and 100 storm events should be � <br /> provided�'or?x?sting and prenosed conditions.
