DIVISION 8: DOORS AND WINDOWS <br /> 1. Doors shall conform to the National Woodwork Manufacture's Assoc. "Industry <br /> Standard Series for Wood Flush Doors" and the AWI"Architectural Woodwork <br /> Quality Standards and Guide Specification" latest edition. <br /> 2. Doors shall be installed square, plumb and true in a substantial manner with equal <br /> clearance at jambs ready to receive hardware. Doors and trim shall be free of nail <br /> holes,tool marks or other blemishes. <br /> 3. Interior poors shall be by Bufflin or equal per door schedule. Exterior poors shall <br /> be by Peachtree Dr Co. or equal. <br /> 4. Storm Doors(2) shall be by Emco ("Forever Guard"w/ grills)w/full glass and screen <br /> 5. Wood clad windows shall conform to the National Wood window and Door <br /> Manufacturer's Association's " Industry Standard For Wood Window Units" <br /> b. Windows shall be: By Anderson Corp. per schedule. <br /> 7. Glazing shall be: High Performance <br /> 8. Screens shall be: Stone finish in all operable units. <br /> 9. Grilles shail be: Per Elevations <br /> 10. Window hardware shall be: "Easy grip"cranks in stone finish. <br /> 11. Provide ali miscellaneous trim, fasteners etc. necessary for insta.11ation. <br /> 12. Windows shall be installed and caulked per manufacturers spec�cations. <br /> 13. Glazing shall be tempered in skylights, within 18" of floor, within 24"of a door, tub <br /> or platform. <br /> 14. Locksets for prehung doors by Schlage or equal. Style shall be: Finish shall be: <br /> polished brass. Deadbolts on all exterior doors. All keyed locksets on first floor are <br /> keyed alike. <br /> 15. Mirrors shall be unframed '/4" thick glass w/polished edges and continuous J-bars <br /> top and bottom. <br /> �2 <br />
