Roaf deck shall be free of warpin�, de-lamination, sinoath a.nd clean. <br /> 9. Roof sha11 have "D" edge flashing at eaves and ral:es. <br /> 10. Install Ice and Water Shield at eaves and valleys per code and Mfg. Instructions. <br /> 11. Use step flashing at vertical surfaces adjacent to roof and seal with bituminous <br /> plastic cement. <br /> 12. Build in the work of other trades including, but not limited to vents and exhaust <br /> hoods. <br /> 13. Wall insulation shall be full -length unfaced fiber glass by Owens-Corning <br /> conforming to Fed. Spec. HH-1-521F, Type I or equal in R-value per plan. <br /> 14. Vapor barriers on warm side of wall and cei�ing assemblies shall be Shelter Tuff 3 <br /> polyethylene per plan and sealed w/Tremco sealant and 3M 8086 tape. <br /> 15. Ceiling insulation shall be blown fiber glass w/R-Value per plan filled to a Ievel <br /> depth. Vent all attic spaces w/Air Vent Ridge Filter Shinglevent II or equal per code. <br /> 16. Provide foam bypasses in each eaves channel. <br /> 17. Polycel all wall,floor and ceiling penetrations. <br /> 18. Rim insulatiun shall be extruded�,olystyrene with tight butt joints and free frorn <br /> damage. See Fed. Spec HH-1 -524-C, Type IV. <br /> 19.
