You were notified at that time that the deck replacement was in violation of <br /> the City Ordinances. The City required removal of the deck or submission of a variance <br /> application to seek City Council approval. As of this date the issue remains unresolved. <br /> Therefore the City must again require you to remove the deck or to submit a variance <br /> application. A deadline of 11/O1/02 has been established. If this deadline is not met the City <br /> will initiate legal action. A court appearance will be required.
